Buying a GTX760 with a mediocre MoBo

I have a BIOSTAR H61HMV and a GeForce GT 430, I want to buy a EVGA GeForce GTX760, first of all, is this MoBo compatible with the GPU? and secondly, will I need an extra cooling system when setting it up, in that case, which cooling system do you recommend. Thanks.
