Question Buying a key from a whosale page and how it works. Can i reformat as many times i like?

Hello, happy new year! I am about to build a new PC in the next weeks and use the current one as a testing ground to test software, third party software installation and virus testing. I used to do it in VMware but i think if i have an extra PC i can do it there. The thing is, if i buy a Windows 11 Pro key from a whosale site will it let me reformat my PC and reinstall everything from scratch as many times i like? I will probably format the PC several times in a month depending on my free time. Will it let me format the drive, install and activate from a USB with the same key several times? Is the same with office pro 2021?

As long as same motherboard, yes. Reinstall to your heart's content.

You know you don't have to activate Windows to use it, right? With all you are suggesting doing, what is the point of activating?

Do you need actual MS Office?
If not, the FOSS LibreOffice is almost 100% compatible alternative. And actually zero cost.

I was just wondering i already have a paid office licence for my main PC, the new Windows 11 will be for testing.

LibreOffice is a far far better solution than a sketchy grey market Office license.

For the Windows license? Again....avoid the sketch licenses.
Leave your Win 11 Unactivated, until such time as you wish to migrate your existing Win 10 license to this new PC, or purchase a real license.

"picky and straight" indicates DO NOT BUY A GREY MARKET LICENSE. For anything. Office, Windows, games, whatever.
