So i wanted to get a decent mechanical keyboard but all i had was Chinese choices for under 70
and my budget is exactly about 60 euros So i was checking ebay for some other options and i found that a company it says that's its a (Trusted handler) which are selling the Razer Blackwidow tournament edition for under 65 euros which is way cheaper than the new one which is about 90 euros here in Germany.
i contacted the company to ask how are you selling the keyboard this cheap and i they said the following:
they get their items directly from the company itself (razer) but the condition isn't new but its 'returned' and fixed keyboards that have 'minimal traces of usage' which means that the keyboards are not used but simply returned with some problems that are apparently fixed and resold to companies like this and they said 99% of the keyboards have the packaging and accessories included.
And it has 1 month return Policy and 12 months guarantee.
so im wondering did anyone ever buy an item in this condition and is it safe?
Thanks in advanced

It won't matter, eBay/PayPal will side with you even if you just change your mind and the keyboard is perfect. They always side with the buyer so don't worry about it.
I mean sure im more than cretin that they are working just fine but im afraid i might get one that is scratched and they wont accept the return cause its just a "scratch". any ideas about that ?
