Greetings:

1. What is your budget?
$300-$400

2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering?
Laptop with full keyboard

3. What screen resolution do you want?
1080p

4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?
Poratble.

5. How much battery life do you need?
At least 5 hours

6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?
It'd be icing on the cake but not a priority.

7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo/Video editing, Etc.)
The laptop will be used to give video presentations in conjunction with a projector, video conference , web browse, write with a lightweight text editor and stream video. It'd be nice if it wasn't laggy but the priority would be the video presentations and conferencing.

8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need?
500+ GB; I'm fine with a platter drive.

9. If you are considering specific sites to buy from, please post their links.
I'd like the option to purchase a warranty, ie. I'd like to be able to count on the provider if something goes wrong.

10. How long do you want to keep your laptop?
As long as I can.

11. What kind of Optical drive do you need? DVD ROM/Writer,Bluray ROM/Writer,Etc ?
DVD R/W

12. Please tell us about the brands that you prefer to buy from them and the brands that you don't like and explain the reasons.
Nothing fly-by-night. Again, if something goes wrong I want a reputable company.

13. What country do you live in?
USA

14. Please tell us any additional information if needed.
I think that about covers it. If necessary I can expand my budget but not by too much. I'd like to keep the overall price (with shipping and warranty) under $500.

Thanks folks.
Cheers
