Hello all. I want to buy a Lenovo Thinkpad under $500. I want it to have an i5 or greater processer and 8+ gb of ram. Do you have any suggestions? Thank You

Lenovo Thinkpad E480

I believe this is the best affordable Thinkpad you could buy in 2019, but if you have higher budget you can go with Thinkpad T480.

You would be looking at used models then, do a web search and see what is in your price range. eBay, Newegg, craigslist had good prices usually. The "real" ThinkPads which are T, W and X models start in the $1,000 range.
