I'm planning to upgrade the RAM in my laptop, but I'm not sure which RAM stick to get. I'm looking for recommendations on a good RAM stick to use. It would be better if you can provide the amazon link

What is the make and model of your laptop and it's SKU?

Are you looking to add more ram with another stick or are you looking to replace the stick of ram you currently have? If the former, please stop, we advise you source the exact same stick of ram ram if you're going to upgrade with an additional stick. If your laptop has two slots at your disposal, you should look into a dual channel 2x ram kit matched from the factory as your ram upgrade.

FYI, just because CPU-Z shows you to have a ram in slot #2, doesn't always mean your laptop has 2 ram slots.

Before you go ahead with the ram upgrade, it's good practice to make sure your BIOS is updated.
