Buying a new computer

Hello everybody, im looking into buying a new low/med-level gaming computer. I've been looking around and found two computers but im not sure about them and wanted some advice.

The first is

if i was to get this i was thinking about changing the CPU to a phenom x4 955 black edition or is that not worth it?
and would i need to upgrade anything else to make the most out of it.

Then there was this

it says its a server computer but could it be used as a gaming computer as it comes with the intel I3 2100 CPU.

What one do you think would be best to get?

I would suggest the second PC over the first one, which has an obsolete nForce chipset. the OCZ 500W shoud handle any video card up to a 560ti/hd6950

If the first one comes with a X4 850, a 955 wouldn't really be an upgrade. The 850 is faster, but has less cache, so it's a wash.

The second computer will be just as fast or faster for most games, while saving lots of power, and have Ivy Bridge upgrade ability next year.
