are you running windows 10 if so push windows key and type this pc right click and click properties it will tell you if
I'm sorry I forgot to mention that my pc turns off after a couple seconds and I suspect that it is the cpu cooler
if thats the case take the cooler off the cpu and using rubbing alcohol to clean the thermal paste off the cpu it should say on the top of the cpu.
I did what you said and I know what cpu I have thank you for helping me out with this
what cpu is it? that will help with making a choice in what would be and appropriate cooler
and i'm sorry i was drunk when i read this... if the pc is posting and boots then shuts off it may not be the cpu cooler usually if it's the cooler thats the problem the system will post and tell you it's cooler is malfunctioning. i would suspect something to be the problem
