Buying a new CPU

Hello, I am fairly new to building computers & understand some of the basics of building computers. Recently, I have been wanting to upgrade my 4 year old computer to something more modern, as I have been gaming more & editing videos as of late. I have been looking around the forums & articles about the different CPU's & how they compare to each other. Finally I decided to go with the Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz instead of the Sandy Bridge, due to Future-proofing purposes. I don't plan on overclocking so I'm gonna stick with the free Heatsink & Fan included.
The following are the new components I am currently looking at for upgrading:

[Decided to go with this one since it was a bundle with the CPU saving me $10]

I am hoping that these are compatible with the CPU & already have the Video Card, Power Supply & HDD. I just require feedback in order to clear some doubts from my mind before I purchase anything. Thanks in advance!

That CPU is a great choice for gaming, you couldn't get any better for that price.

The case choice is up to the buyer, if you like the look, it's up to you. You are gonna the person looking at it all day long 😛

Motherboard, nothing to say, great quality, great products.

But for the ram, i would be looking at something more "futureproof". Any 16GB kit at 1600MHz would do it.

What's your video card and power supply ? Just to make sure you have everything you need because and old psu can burn easily.

The Video card I have is the HD Radeon 6770 & the PSU I have is a Corsair at 500 watts; I bought the PSU 3 months ago.

As for the RAM I guess I can make use of the 16GB's since I am going to do video editing & rendering. Appreciate the response.
