Buying a new desk

I want a new desk

That desk doesn't seem worth 255 pounds to me.

I would be checking the 2nd hand market, some discontinued IKEA desks are pretty amazing (in particular keep an eye out for the Jerker, awesome name I know) for lots of monitors.
You can also DIY to an extent.

Just looking at it, it doesn't seem worth $460 (converted to $AUD). Doesn't seem that large nor does it have anything particularly... unique or redeeming about it.
My desk (the aforementioned Jerker) was cheaper than that and is extremely moddable given its design.

Not saying the desk is bad, just it doesnt seem worth the price.

I'm Australian, and have no idea where you could find a desk specifically in the UK, maybe try the equivalent of Craigslist. IKEA is an obvious one, if any of your friends are carpenters/tradies maybe you can work something out, or DIY something yourself.
