Question Buying a new gpu, need help choosing.

I have been slowly upgrading my pc and need help choose the last piece the gpu. These are the 3 I have it narrowed it down to.

The order I would put them MSI 1st, yes cost a extra 100 bucks but a good brand has 3 X 8 pin connectors.
2nd the PowerColor Nothing wrong with this brand if you would like to save 100 bucks.
3rd the PowerColor Not a typo I don't trust XFX cards.

But if you ask me, my pick would be the "PowerColor Hellhound" Model.

Powercolor actually makes pretty solid AMD cards. Even MSI is good, but I would still go for the Powercolor brand because of AMD, if I were you. But stay away from XFX cards !

What are your full PC specs ? Do you also have a compatible high quality PSU, and a powerful CPU as well ?

- It has 3 * 8-pin
This means you can boost the clock speed the most.

Otherwise, I will pick the cheapest non-crappy card and just undervolt it so it doesn't run too hot.

So, I chose the powercolor hellhound. Its a beautiful card and the performance is stellar. I have one other question, how do download the free game I got with it? I tried steam, ea, ubisoft and neither recognize the code.

Which game is it ? You need to read the instructions listed on the terms and condition page. What was the last date to redeem the code ? Has it expired ?Also, was your GPU purchase "qualified" for a game code, assuming you bought it from a participating retailer/e-tailer ?

Whenever I got a code for a free game from AMD, I had to go to a specific AMD site to claim it. Ah, I think that I found it.

Install the card, register at this site and log in:

Follow the instructions and you will get the key for Steam, EA, uPlay, etc.

Usually it will scan your system to verify that you have one of the products that are eligible for the bundle.

Actually, the offer expired on July 1st. But it worked.

Yeah, it's a pain in the posterior but it's a small price to pay for a game that costs like $60-$80. I think that they do it this way to block fraudsters.
