If you don't want to replace a lot of stuff get just the GTX 750 Ti:

Really this is going to be a good balance for your current CPU, If you want to get a better video card you will need to buy a new PSU, I'd also recommend getting a new motherboard and CPU to get the full performance out of a better GPU, if you do all this it is going to cost you about $600 though (If you could give us a budget range it would make it easier to...

Sorry about the interruption due to cyclone.
My power supply is Zebronic 450 W.
Motherboard is DH61WW and graphics card is Geforce 210. Now what are the changes should I make

Is something wrong with your current motherboard? If it is still working i wouldn't bother replacing it... Just add a better GPU, The GTX 750 Ti is probably your best option without also needing to upgrade the PSU. (The PSU you have is really pretty bad)

The 780ti, and the 280x WILL FRY your Power supply when you push the cards, also your cpu may not be able to keep up.

The 270X PROBABLY WILL FRY you power supply as your psu is not a high quality psu.

If I were to sync any money aside from a 750ti in your system I would build a new one.

You will have no issues with compatibility, when getting a new, quality, power supply. I wouldn't choose a 750ti, when you can get a better card for a similar cost.

Another option would be to just get the PSU and GPU in the above list and then later get a new CPU/motherboard.
