Buying a new Graphics Card

Hi there, I have an AMD FX 6300 Black Edition processor,Gigabyte 78LMT-S2 Black Edition MB and 8GB RAM.I want to add an graphics card.

Which one will be better AMD/ATI Radeon R7 250 with Boost 1GB DDR5 or the AMD/ATI Radeon R7 250 with Boost 2GB DDR3.???
Please give some reason along with your answer.!!!

The ddr5 card is about 30% faster than the ddr3 card in the same model. An r7 250 won't use over 1GB of ram so that isn't important.

Just for a little price get HD 7770 1GB DDR5. DDR5 is way better than DDR3.
