[SOLVED] Buying a new hard drive; any suggestions?

So my secondary one is toasted, and my primary (A Hitachi 1TB that's at least 7 years old, and was passed down from a Windows XP) is starting to show 'Current Pending Sector Issues', which is currently at 2. I know a low count might now be too much of a concern, but I've been planning on a new hard drive anyways.

I'd like to get a 2TB, but I'm not really sure what would be good hard drives to go after. I'm also on a budget at the moment, so preferrably nothing too pricey. Woud anyone have any suggestions from experience?

Thanks in advance!

To save money, then this from Hitachi 2TB 7200 drive, circa $38

Or something that is always good, still 2TB in the Seagate Barracuda at Circa $65. Tried and tested by me for a long, long time...never an issue.

SSD's have really dropped in price and a 1TB drive can be yours for around $90 and that is a world of difference in speed of system...
