Buying a new monitor! 27" BenQ or what?!?!?!?

So I want to have 2 Screens, I would want 3 but don't want to buy an expensive gpu. Right now i am just going to buy 1 screen then down the road i will buy a second.

The setup i am going for is 1 monitor for gaming/extra real estate and the other would be for work/browsing. I want to just game in 1080 but want the work one to be 2k or 4k if i can get it for the right price. I want 27" screen size, I really don't want to go much smaller.

First one i am going to buy is going to buy is gonna be a 1080 monitor just so i can buy something to replace my 6 year old screen i am using now. Under $200 would be great but i am flexible.

BenQ GW2760HS 27-inch VA panel - $180

BenQ GL2760H 27-inch - $170

Or get a cheap on and upgrade gaming monitor down the road

Acer G6 G276HL Gbd 27-Inch - $143

144hz would be nice cost more and I just dont play FPS all day.

Any other options I should Consider? or should i spend more?

For gaming, adaptive sync (Gsync or FreeSync) is typically the most important consideration for the best performance.

Truly makes a huge difference (and will help stave off the itch to upgrade when you don't notice frame-rate dips or stutter as your GPU ages nearly as much).

Sweet thanks for the reply! I am going to pick up a rx 480 whenever they become available, I got to look at some freesync monitor now. any recommendations?
