Buying a new pc advice/help

I have £ 1400 to spend on a gaming computer . I have a keyboard, mouse and a 4k monitor. I have 3 selections too choose from just wondering which one is worth the money . I have no clue on custom building . I need my pc to be able to run vr and top games ie gta v, watchdogs 2 , battlefield 1 etc

a 1 TB SSD, GTX 1080, 16 GB of RAM and an i7-6700. the 1080 is minimum for 4K gaming, not the 1070
