i see gainward gfx, where are you buying from, and what's your budget.

here are my comments:

mobo:
i would stay away from tuf board. asus has pretty much destroyed this line up.
asrock pro4 b360 is fairly cheap or

CPU: and you can get a 8400 instead of 8500 (i think 8400 is only 2% slower),

Cooler: stock cooler is fine for 8400, drop the tx3i to use the stock cooler.

GPU: use all that saving with maybe another $50 you can pbbly get a 1070 8gb.

SSD: i think 970 pro/evo is faster than pm 981 by a good margin.

that should give you a much stronger gaming system. without sacrifice thermal and budget.

A couple of observations.
The I5-8500 is only 2% -3% faster than the I5-8400, will hardly notice the difference, and less with the GTX 1060. This difference justifies a surcharge of about 10 eur. Anything above is not justified.

Although Intel does not benefit as much as AMD from high memory speeds (3000 ... 3200), it is recommended for these processors the speed of 2666. With 2400 you will lose a little (not much but more than you earn by spending from I5-8400 to I5-8500).

For the wireless adapter I would try to have the option AC too (if it is not very expensive).
