Question Buying a new PSU, should I get Cougar VTX 700 or CX650?

Due to availability in my country, those two PSU's are the best ones I can get for my budget (70$). I've heard good things about the cougar but it is not a brand I'm very familiar with so I'm a tad bit hesitant to buy it.

Any kind of help and or experiences with these PSU's would be greatly appreciated as well as other recommendations, but keep in mind that I am choosing between those two due to the lack of variety at my price range in my country.

Well, you didn't tell us what country so that would be difficult to suggest other brands/models.

I'm not familiar with the Cougar VTX, but I do know that Cougar does not make any top-tier PSUs. Corsair does and the CX650 is known to be a good PSU. So, the CX650 would be the better choice.
