I m planning on buying a desktop..

I will upgrade the ram as soon as I ll get it on my hands.

My question is will it run games like Fortnite,CSGO,LoL?

It isn't coming with Windows, only Free DOS....you will need a GPU, and inside the small form factor case it will be a challenge to find a powerful one.
I would suggest looking for something similar with Windows already on it, and with a 'mid tower' case.

Does it actually have a graphics card? The specs I can see it will kind of play LoL and maybe csgo on low enough settings, not sure fortnite will be enjoyable

That is grossly overpriced, outdated, and underpowered.

Well I dont know exactly what to look for..

I want to spend around 200 euros and buy a desktop which can run the games I mentioned..

You could try it but it will not run most things well. It needs a small form factor gpu still that wont overtax the weak psu’s that come in those prebuilts.

Its gpu is integrated with the cpu so theres nothing to change. You’d add a gpu card in. Maybe find a used small form factor 750ti or the like.
