Core i7 2600k, 8 GB ddr3, 500gb HDD, Geforce GtX 750 ti, are these components good for gaming and daily use of computer ?

For daily use it's ok but you'll want a SSD (240gb+) to speed up the system and as for gaming it's quite dated but would probably be ok on Low settings @1080P.

In pakistan, karachi this build can be done around 30k pkr, all parts are used

It is around 1400RMB,
2600+750ti is good for daily uses not good for gaming. The budget that can buuy a computer i7 2600 + 960 + 240Gb within 1400RMB.

That's not bad for the build, if you were to add in a decent SSD then it would be fine for daily computing and will be on lower settings for gaming. For reference this system should perform pretty close to a system that only has the Ryzen 2400G (Vega 11 iGPU) with no dedicated graphics card.
