I’ve tried to get one but because I’ve only just turned 18 I can’t, is there any other better computers on very that you could find willing to go upto £600

Then really the only choice is the one you posted. For upgrades you'll have to upgrade the PSU first then probably CPU, RAM, GPU...

There's another option that has the Ryzen 3000G which isn't really a good GPU but if 4th gen which is releasing later this year is supported on the A320 motherboards then it could essentially be a better long term system.

With a limited budget I'd get a budget case now and when you have the extra money then grab a better case.

This Fractal Design isn't tempered glass but a good budget case.
