Question Buying A PC?

Ok,I have wanted a Pc for a while I'm a serious gamer and need an upgrade from 30fps
but my problem is my parents won't budge on their position on buying one.
i dont need an expensive one but they wont budge any advice?
I have offered to pitch in with my saved money and money i could make selling my switch
I would have about 380 dollars after that and the pc i want is about 1,400
any ideas

Read the questions there.

You might have better luck going to Cyberpower web site and trying to do a configuration there.

Try to avoid cheap no-name power supplies.

Try to avoid spinning drives unless you will need a lot of storage.

It's tough to evaluate reviews because the reviewers may not have much more knowledge than you do.

I plan on streaming and recording,may use it for blender if i decide to take classes in High School
I'm trying to keep a good 16 gb ram and be able to have a smooth 144 fps and I need a lot of memory.
I also know that the 3060 is a good graphics card if I'm right
Also sorry I'm just getting into pc's and stuff i dont really understand specs too well

Avoid cyberpower and ibuypower. Not very well built systems. 144mhz gaming isn't cheap either, especially in today's market.

How do I go about building one myself,I wouldnt trust myself to do it correctly.do you have nay other prebuilt suggestions or ones about building one myself

There are a ton of videos available online and at bookstores that can take step by step to build your own computer.
