Im buying a new system and I decided for a:

Sapphire Radeon X1950XT 256MB GDDR3, PCI-Express,ViVo/HDCP,2xDVI, Lite-Retail

(I live in sweden and small country = few choices, however i think i can get a powercolor x1950xt aswell but thats about it).

Dunno about sapphire but the x1950xt seems to be getting good reviews for its pricerange. Now im wondering generally do their fans make allot of noise? Because the rest of the stuff in the PC will be pretty quiet. If they do, any advice on some more quiet stuff (not too expensive :)) ?

Hi, when i had my x1900xtx it is really same cooler as in x1950xt's. The fan speed was set i believe at 15 or 20% which i could not hear from all the other fans in my system. When the card was under load i was hitting around 80C which to me was a bit high so a got Atitool and adjusted my fan speed constantly at 70% which cooled my card and the noise level was preaty good and not anoying. When the fan speed is at 100% it is very loud.

Here are some coolers that you might be intrested in these are from newegg and you will have to find these in your country by model number. :)

These are preaty expensive.

I had this one on my x1900xtx

This cooler will increase your case temps because it blowes hot air at your motherboard.

You can check newegg and pick what cooler you want and find it in your area.

The Accelero X2 cooler is a good deal on NewEgg, which I have. My Sapphire X1950XT max temp is 61c under heavy load and 39c idle. I don't have any problems with my motherboard temp or case being any hotter.

You wont have problems just like you said... but the temps will increase in your case depending how good of a airflow you got in your case. Will affect the cpu temps etc. Do some testing and you will see. One of my buddies has the Accelero X2 on his 1900xt and he did do some tests.. stock cooler vs the Accelero X2. He came to this conclusion video card temps droped when he used the Accelero X2 but also his cpu temps increase as well. The Accelero X2 is a good cooler but the way they designed it.. it has flaws.
