im gonna visit berlin soon (12.12) and i was wondering if there's a recommendation for a pc shop in the area that i can visit and try to get a 4090 in a good price

Have you thought about what might happen when you need to avail warranty on said purchase from Germany?

most manufactors accept worldwide warranty as long as you register the product on their site
