Buying a system in US and using it somewhere else

Hey guys i'm assembling my Computer in America but i'm not buying the PSU from here because soon i might move to a different country which uses 220 instead of 110 and power cords are also different . so here's my question

if i buy all my hardwares here in United States and then buy the PSU from Europe ( Not just any PSU , im talking about ( EVGA SuperNova 750 P2 ) ) will i encounter any compatibility issues ?

because i assume the same motherboard that gets sold in US is sold world wide , but the same PSU that gets sold in US gets sold worldwide with a tiny difference which is different power cord ( according to the country standards ) . is this statement true ?

Assuming a recent PSU, the only thing you need to change is the power cord from the PSU to the wall.

The supernova P2 is auto switching it will automatically switch from 120 to 220v. Like said above all you will need to change is the power cord.

Oh i totally forgot about that , i thought the cord is unpluggable from PSU . thanks alot guys 😀

and the same also goes for monitors right ?
