Buying a tablet with pen supoprt

As the topic describes I'm looking to buy a fairly priced Tablet, preferably a Samsung with stylus pen support to write notes in. I've been looking around and found very expensive ones with the pen included from several manufacturers but nothing that was suitable for my budget so I figured I could buy a tablet, maybe this Samsung Galaxy Tab E and buy a separate Stylus pen such as this. Would this tablet have out of the box support for that stylus pen or would I have to modify the tablet?

There are several different / incompatible pen technologies, and the tablet must support them. And yes, they're on the expensive end of the prices.

Very few tablets (screens in general) support pens, and they support "their own". For what I know, only Galaxy Note's support pens.
