Buying a used i7 2600 system for 190USD?

Hi!

I just want to ask if a used i7 2600 complete system unit is still good to purchase for USD 190? The specifications are below:

i7-2600
ECS H61H2-M6 (V2.0) Motherboard
500GB HDD
8GB RAM (4x2) @ 1333mhz
400W PSU
XForm Case
Optical Drive
No GPU

I am also thinking of slapping a 1050Ti or a 1060 on this thing, is it okay?

I live here in the UAE and the used market here is not vast compared to other markets. And the prices of new parts are very high.

I'd look to getting something a bit newer than a 2600.

ECS --> cheap brand.
I7 2600 system --> old, including probably old PSU
no SSD
no dedicated GPU

hmmm...for USD190 it is too expensive.
If you can take away the number 1 on 190, it would be quite ok...a.k.a. USD90, if it comes with a legit Windows copy.

If you went with that system simply because a friend is selling it, I'd suggest offering $100. It's very old tech and the life expectancy isn't there anymore.
