Question Buying a Used Rx 470

I went to buy a New Rx 470 for my Pc but i Found it is RX 470 HIS i never saw this brand and the only video i saw for it i didn't understand anything from it since it was either Korean or Chinese So Anything about it is it good or bad worth it its like 80$ here so any recommendation ? And yea My CPU is I3-4150 Will it bottleneck 3.5Mhz that hard or it will be normal like any other ?

Not a good idea to buy Chinese or Korean knock offs in my opinion here is some other options: eBay Newegg depending on your budget.

It's not a bad brand, not the best but definitely not a cheap knockoff.
And yes, your cpu will bottleneck the RX 470 hard.
