Buying a titan black reference card obviously I know that it is powerful and can run most games at lush settings and fps. 2 issues.

1.my main concern is the stock clock the spec on nvidia websites says that it has a base clock of 800 something mhz can I stick a base of 1300mhz and be okay?

2.I currently have 12gb ram clocked at 1866mhz and an amd fx6300 liquid cooled at its stock clock will this bottleneck it?

Thanks
