Buying Battlefield 3 Premium Edition from orgin safe?

Ok so i decided to get battlefield 3 premium edition.So what i want to know is that does the premium edition give me battlefield 3 and premium membership i don't have battlefield 3 at the moment do i have to get battlefield 3 or does the premium edition gives me battlefield 3 and premium membership.Also once i get the premium edition do i download the game from orign does orgin work like steam does.This is my first time using it so i don't know anything about it and also is it safe to give my visa/credit card number to orgin?.And what if i have to do a reboot of my entire system and i download orgin again do i have to buy BF3 again or i can just download it back again?Here is the deal i am getting http://store.origin.com/store/eaapac/en_NZ/pd/productID.255751200

The Premium Edition includes both the original game and a Premium membership, so yes, you get both.

Yes, Origin is totally safe, perhaps you should Google Origin and learn about it, because it's actually the new (about a year old) EA store (if you had an old EA account, it became an Origin account), EA is a very well known company and as you may know, are actually the publishers of Battlefield 3, as well as the owners of DICE (the dev studio that made Battlefield 3).
