As the title says I am buying my girlfriends little brother a gaming computer. My budget is 700 can't go past so I put together a system excluding a monitor, Keyboard and mouse since he has all that. Not anywhere near good but I am sure he won't care about having a regular mouse and keyboard and monitor that does not reach 1080P. It was pretty easy choosing. The total came out to be $673.81 Would of liked to be a little cheaper but oh well. As long as he can play games on medium to high or even low at a good frame I am fine. The specs are here.

CPU-AMD FX-6100 Zambezi 3.3GHz
Mobo-ASRock 970 EXTREME3 AM3+
RAM-G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB 1600
PSU-Corsair TX 650
HDD-WD Caviar Black 500GB
GPU-ASUS GTX650TI
Case-Corsair Carbide 300rand DVD drive.

I have no idea I just know that it is from like 2006 probably not even 720p.

The idea behind this was to make it small and light in case he plans to move it. So it's more expensive for the case choice, etc. but it will suit him very well.
