Buying Computer Parts

I am living in the Philippines and planning to build my own gaming pc. Which is more costly, to buy computer parts from Newegg or buy from local retailers in Manila?

Are these local retailers brand name stores/department stores (for instance, Walmart in the US) or just small shops?

I cannot tell you what sort of stores are they but they have branches outside Manila. They are DynaQuest, PC Express and PC Hub.

From what I found, Pc express was cheapest, but Newegg has more variety.

Based on what I have observed, DynaQuest offers cheaper prices and has more variety compared to PC Express.
