Hello!
In 2018 is it a good idea to buy an old DELL Precision T5600 from 2013 for about 1100 USD?
It would mainly be used for heavy Photoshop editing.

What do I need to think about before buying? If I want to upgrade what choises do I have (not to GPU or CPU)?
