Buying Evil Within 2 for PC or Console?

I would like the best quality graphics for the new Evil Within game. I have a MSI C Series Intel i5 7th Gen 7200U, NVIDIA GeForce 940MX, 8GB memory Laptop and a PS4. Which would give me the best graphics for the game?

well if its the ddr5 version, from my quick research thats comparable to a gtx 950. thats above the minimum requirements for the pc version, but below the recommended. so itll run it....but not maxed.

so i put "evil within 2 940mx" in to google, and found a youtube vid of the first game running on your exact setup, a 940mx and 7200u

and at its best setting the video creator could manage, he had it running in the high 30s for fps, still dipping below 30 sometimes, and thats at 768 for the resolution.

im guessing the ps4 is going to be running it at 1080 and overall better graphics. maybe the poster of that vid will do one for the second game so you can compare. but in my opinion the ps4 is the easier bet for a better image.
