Buying faulty pc's PLZ HELP

ive been told by quite a few people theres alot of fun & money to be had by buying faulty pc's replacing faulty parts and selling the pc on is this true and do you have any advice on the subject and do you know any good site with advice etc. thanks alot

All right, guys. He's clearly planning on repairing them first.

If this is such a good idea, why aren't these "quite a few people" doing this?

Good way to lose money. There's virtually no money in a used computer.
