The video card is really bad. You definitely won't get console like settings on any newer games. The only way you are going to get newer, graphically demanding games to run is if you turn all of your settings to low and turn your res down as well. It's not gonna look pretty and it's probably gonna run very badly even with the settings down. At least with the games you mentioned. Borderlands 2 might run quite a bit better, it doesn't seem to be as graphically intensive as the other games you mentioned.

Based on these stats, http://www.notebookcheck.net/AMD-Radeon-R5-M230.108655.0.html , I'm guessing you could get at least 40 fps on the BF4 Single Player if you turn your settings and resolution low enough. Now, that's playable, but it's no current gen console experience. Multiplayer.....ehhhh I wouldn't suggest it.

You would sill need a dedicated graphics card in that to come close to console graphics. Maybe like a 7850 or a 750ti

i see you think you can give me a hand im looking into building a pc just went for cyber power at first just cause it was easy but would not mind taking a day off to put a pc together. my budget is 400-430 and i can only get the parts from new egg at the moment cause paypal pal bill me later. i want it asap cause the next few days i will not be working and will have time to put it together plus need to loose some wait when i game i tend to forget about food cravings so i drop weight lol

CPU - i3 4130 119.99
Mobo - ASRock H97M 74.99
RAM - G Skill Ripjaws X - 54.99
GPU - EVGA Gtx 650 1GB - 99.99
PSU - Antec VP-450 450W - 34.99 (14.99 after mail in rebate)
Case - Antec 300 - 49.99 (29.99 after mail in rebate)

All Parts are from newegg.com This should come close to console games. Maybe not on ultra settings but med-high. Unfortunately 400-430 is quite low for a budget gaming rig so I came as close as possible.
