I have been using xbox 360 controller for past few years but suddenly it has stopped working for no reason ( It says usb not recognized ) Now I want to buy a new gamepad but most of the controller available here in India are fake. Can you help me find some legit controllers, according to me These http://www.amazon.com/Thrustmaster-Controller-Official-Xbox-360-6306200/dp/B008JABA5C are better and cheaper than xbox controller but international shipping makes it a no go. thanks in advance

Thats a third party controller. I'd stay away from any that's not made by Microsoft or maybe Logitech. I'd bite the bullet and just get another 360 controller. Either than or an xbox one controller...

You want a legit microsoft xbox 360 or xbox one controller, controllers like the one you linked usually have problems working on the PC a lot of them wont work with the windows xbox controller driver therefore your computer wont recognize the controller as an xbox controller and you may need some kind of third party driver if they even make one for that controller.

This one looks legit: http://www.amazon.in/Microsoft-Xbox-360-Controller-Windows/dp/B004QRKWLA/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1458654197&sr=8-2&keywords=xbox+controller

Both of those controller do not ship to India

Maybe not from amazon, but i'm sure some store (ebay maybe) sells them and ships to india. Don't buy the knock off brands.

My friend bought those 5 months ago, LS RS both are do not return to centre propely, the centre light is not divided into 4 parts its a single light and it feels lighter then my previous controller so it is most probably a copy which most of the controllers here are even if they are sold as 'genuine' products.

this one here http://www.snapdeal.com/product/speedlink-xeox-pro-wired-analog/670001502046?utm_source=earth_feed&utm_campaign=575_577&utm_medium=106945723&vendorCode=Sc9775&utm_source=earth_feed&utm_campaign=CatchAllPLA&utm_medium=cpc&utm_content=670001502046&utm_term=,&campaignid=335934445&adgroupid=27743162245&adposition=1o2&network=g&device=c&targetid=pla-18283950120

its plug and play also uses both xinput and dinput so NO need to calibrate it using thrid party softwares and installing drivers also comes with a year warranty.

Checked ebay was not sure which was generic and genuine. little help please
