GOG.com is also very good, no DRM if you care about that. However they do not have as big of a selection as say steam.

don't forget humble bundle. not always what you may want but when they put out a bundle with titles you like, the price can't be beat.

Humble bundle has a store as well. Sometimes with a free game available. They have many games at $0.99. I'm a Steam/humble bundle person myself.

I've used gamesdeal.com before due to the discounted prices.

I admit I was suspicious at first and kept a close eye on my card transactions after making a purchase, but the site ended up being legitimate.
