buying gaming cpu

I want to buy a new gaming cpu(motherboard,processor,gpu,ram). My budget is RS25000($400). Please give some sugessions

I dont want them to run at ultra settings medium settings with at teast 35-40FPS would do

That's really easy. Intel Pentium G4560 and all the supporting components around it, the cheapest there is, than rest of the money in gpu. Type g4560 build in youtube, there are tons of it

Nah, if you get almost 2x times cheaper psu Antec vp 500 you will have enough money to uppgrade from 1050ti to rx 470, which is supstantial. Antec psu is quite fine, you dont need more expensive one, especially if you are on a budget. Also.... there is H110 motherboard but you would first need to do bios update on it to support kabylake (that pentium) which means somehow inserting skylake cpu in it just to do the bios update, you can save some money there too as h110 are also cheaper than b250 mbo.

1050ti actually has bad performance per dollar value compared to rx470 .

Wont the pentium processor be tooo slow and then bottleneck my gpu?
How about an i3-530/540

It seems we are not on a same page here.
i3-530 is a 7 y old cpu that isnt made anymore, and its much weaker than NEW kabylake pentium g4560 socket 1151.
And g4560 wont bottleneck RX 470, it would however bottleneck card like RX 480 a little bit.
That pentium is essentially new i3, but half the price. Getting actual new i3 isnt worth it with this pentium around
