Buying Graphics Card

I am buying a graphics card to upgrade my Computer, my motherboard is Fujitsu ESPRIMO PH300
what graphics cards are compatible.My power supply is 220 and how do i find out the size of my case?

I think that you can install any graphics card into most fairly new motherboards, but your power supply has such a low wattage that I am pretty sure you won't be able to support any decent graphics cards.
