Buying Graphics Card

Finally I am buying a graphics card and for that I need suggestions for the best graphics card under Rs.12000 . I'm listing a few which I'm getting within Rs.12000 bracket -

1. Zotac NVIDIA GTX 750Ti OC 2 GB
2.MSI GTX 750 TI 2GB DDR5 OC Edition Dual Fan
3.ASUS GRAPHICS CARD R7 360 2GB DDR5 OC
4.SAPPHIRE GRAPHICS CARD R7 370 2GB DDR5 DUAL-X OC UEFI
5.MSI GRAPHICS CARD GTX 950 2GB DDR5 T ARMOR 2X
6.SAPPHIRE DUAL-X Radeon HD 6970 DirectX 11

Also consider the fact that now-a-days we get into more problems with amd cards.
Also tell if me 450 watt psu will be enough for any of the graphics card.

also give suggestion for 2nd best or 3rd best among these apart from the best one

Which exact make and model 450w psu do you have. The quality of the unit is equally important, 450w on it's own is meaningless as low quality units lie about their ratings

I dont have one . I will buy one if that's enough power.
BTW i have a amd fx 6300 cpu, 8 gb ram
