Buying GTX 970, very old gaming rig, what to do?

Hi everyone!
NVidia just released its new GTX 970, which I want to buy in the near future. My current PC Spec is the following:
AM3 Athlon2 X4 645 (4x3.1GHz)
1333MHz DDR3 Kingston CL9 RAM (4096MB)
ASUS M5A78L-M LX (Mainboard)
600W LC-Power (Power Supply)
AMD HD6570 Powercolor 1GB DDR3 (Graphics Card)
and some really really old HDD..
I want to buy the GTX 790 now, upgrade to 8GB RAM and buy a 250GB SDD. My question:
Will the Motherboard and the CPU be good enough for the GTX 790 or will it be like a bottleneck for it? I would really appreciate some answers, thanks in advance !

there is no card named gtx 790

if you are refering to gtx 970 then yes it will get bottlenecked by the cpu... but if you overclock it to 3.7ghz or above then the bottleneck will be minimised.. make sure you have a good cpu cooler

Thanks for the fast answer! Yes, i was referring to the GTX 970, somehow mixed it up^^ do you think i could overclock it to 3.7GHz without issues?

if you have a good cpu cooler then yes defenitely
