[SOLVED] Buying high end monitor

I want to buy a high end 240 Hz monitor to get the most out of my equipment, but I also want to use the monitor for general use and not just gaming. Is there any monitor that has amazing colors (most likely IPS) and not lacking in speed monitor?

or Dell Alienware AW2521HF

The first one isn't IPS but it's the best 240Hz 1080p monitor in my opinion.
