Buying i5-750 vs i7-920 at same price

I will be building my new rig sometime within next month and a half and i'm not sure about the CPU.
I can get i7-920 for 220$after taxes at Microcenter or i5-750 for 200$ after taxes
so the price difference isnt big.

I will be using CPU for
Photoshop
AutoCad (3d Renderings)
3dMax (3d Renderings)
Vegas (Video Editing)
DreamWeaver
Flash
Gaming with tip top settings

i7 920 - those apps will benefit from Hyperthreading, but it's not like the i5 will be a slouch.

The i7 will be more expensive though, so do a cost comparison of both systems when you have money available.
