Question Buying a laptop with either a Quadro RTX A3000 or an RTX 3000 ?

hello good people once again, I know I'm asking this for a second time but I really need to pick the right one, I'm on my final conclusions on buying a dell precision 7760 with intel i7 11850H with Quadro RTX A3000 or a dell precision 7750 with intel i7 10850H with quadro RTX 3000, my main concern is on the graphics card itself, though I know the i7 11850H also has benefits by being an octacore processor, if I look at both the base and core clock speeds of these two graphics cards, the speeds for the rtx 3000 is quite abit higher than the A3000, the base clock speed of rtx A3000 is just a mere 600mhz and a boost clock speed is around 1230mhz though I know nothing is done at the base clock speeds, but I'm really worried that this base clock speed of 600mhz is really really low, how can I be convinced that I'll reap the max benefits if I go with this system having quadro rtx A3000, I'm buying another laptop because the video tdr failure error refused to go away from my old dell precision 7720, so I'm guessing if I go with a relatively newer graphics card, it may save me the headache, though I'm also buying either a refurbished or a pre-owned from ebay, due to financial constraints, I'll grateful appreciate your answers
