Roaming from thread to thread comparing specs prices and still dont have any idea what to buy and how much to spend on a new motherboard.
Basically i am going for a i7 4790k and gtx 970. No sli required and 4 slots for ram, maybe overclocking in future, no extra requirement other than that. I am really on a very tight budget but willing to spend anything until it doesnt limits performance of my cpu and gpu. Dont want to spent a single penny for extra features.
suggest me something with a good reason
thank you for helping.

edit:what are the basic differences between below suggested motherboard and what are the basic requirements below which it starts effecting performance??

I will recommend ASUS Z97-A. This is the Best motherboard for LGA 1150 from my experience for its price. It has good power phase design, Best for overclocking. I will highly recommend that mobo. I also have i7 4790k and I overclocked to 5.4 GHz and I got a stable OC. I could go further but temps was on the go. So. It is better motherboard.
