Buying motherboard. What chipset should i buy?

So ive been planning on buying a new motherboard but im having some difficulties on what chipset should the motherboard have. What chipset should i consider when i want a motherboard that doesnt cost much and isnt that bad. Im not planning on overclocking and the max RAM im probably ever gonna use is 16gb. If you can recommend specific motherboards that would help me really much. Thanks in advance.
