Not a bad build,

I have to ask though, why an ivy bridge-e CPU?

Also personally im not fond of the Fractal Design Define XL cases, their just to basic and boring to look at but if your objective is to make it as quiet as possible, which by your fan choice i believe it is, then it will work wonderfully.

i do want a quiet computer yes! and i dont really know anything about cpu's so i just picked one:<.. is there something that would be better?

Not necessarily, i just assumed that you would have picked a Haswell CPU (newer generation than ivy-bridge) that's all.
