Buying new budget 27" monitor

Solution
If you can find such panels like the on LG27MP65HQ-P between €150-250, this one is also good.
I perfer this one too but prices could be different on your place.
That type can be found in Germany but perhaps not in Slovenia.
VA is another technology on how the panel is production light/colour than IPS.

VA is slightly slower than IPS, has more contrast but the color reproduction is not yet as good as IPS (still better than TN in general).
Viewing angle is also key, IPS is excellent, VA is good, TN is bad.

It took some time but I tested the MP65HQ
Its a good monitor for the price, but its nothing amazing. Its good for gaming, not so much for professional work (the colors are clearly wrong compared to my plasma tv and there is some light bleed).

I still use it currently more than the TV due to comfort. Its cheaply build (mostly plastic) but it actually does a great job at being stable and light.
In other words, you get what you pay for.
