I was going to buy the gtx 970 G1 gaming from gigabyte for £300, but now I have noticed that on the same website they are selling a zotac omega 780ti that includes borderlands pre sequel (which I want), mouse pad (which I need) and 3 spliter cell games (meh) for £295. Obviously the 780ti is a WAY better deal and the 780ti seems to have a tiny tiny better performance although I am not sure as the G1 overclocks like a champ.
However, biggest worry for me with the 780 ti is that it "only" has 3 gb vram while the 970 has 4 gb vram, With games like shadow of mordor and the evil within, I fear that the 780ti will not max out games soon and I need my new card to do that for the next 2 years at least.
I currently have HD 7970 wih 3gb ram. What would you do?
